1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including case, cleaning cloth, and protective wrapping).
  • Custom or prescription lenses (if offered) are non-returnable unless defective due to manufacturing error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or damaged products.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Customized/prescription products (unless defective).
  • Packaging that is missing, torn, or altered.

3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product, shipping mistake): We will cover return shipping costs.
    • Returns for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size): You are responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size/color, please indicate this in your return request. We will ship the new item once the returned product is received and inspected. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement, full refund, or prepaid return shipping at our discretion.
