We process and ship orders for blue light glasses worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation and verification.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment Monday–Friday.
- During promotions or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time & Carriers
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are for reference only.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, logistics carriers, or local postal services.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping speed.
Exact costs are displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You may use this number to monitor delivery status on the carrier’s website.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unclaimed status, we will refund the product cost only (minus original shipping fees).
Re-delivery will require additional payment.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
hushiyanpro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

9. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
